Cancellation of Appointment

• If you want to cancel your booked appointment, you are bound to tell our CH team about cancellation, 4 hours before of scheduled appointment.
• If our therapists are on your provided site and then you want to cancel, you are bound to pay 50% of the payment in terms of fuel costs and time taken.
